Jatin Shah, MD Dr. Jatin Shah brings over 10 years of experience in both urgent care and primary care to NJ 365 Urgent Care. Board-certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM), Dr. Shah earned his MBBS degree from Smt NHL Municipal Medical College, India, and completed his residency at Rutgers University/Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He has a strong interest in urgent care, family wellness, and preventative medicine.

Vijal Patel, PA-C Ms. Vijal Patel is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a diverse background in urgent care, emergency medicine, and neurosurgical ICU specialty with over 10 years of experience. She holds a national certification from NCCPA and is passionate about providing patient-centered care and education. Ms. Patel earned a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College, New York, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Rutgers University.
